We invest in the world's forests to address the growing challenges and emerging opportunities of natural resource sustainability, energy efficiency, fossil fuel dependency and global climate change.
We develop large-scale working forests in some of the world’s most sensitive landscapes and manage them with a disciplined and holistic approach.
Our projects focus on the sustainable production of timber and bio-fuel feedstocks and the protection and preservation of wildlife habitat, water quality and open space.
A major emphasis of each project is reducing emissions from deforestation and degradation (REDD) and the generation of high quality carbon emission offset credits.
